each person can contribute his or her best, knowing that these contributions will be valued. In a
respectful workplace, employees and management work to support one another.

A respectful workplace is one where all employees are treated fairly, difference is acknowledged and valued,rules are there for everyone, communication is open and civil, conflict is addressed early and there is a culture of empowerment and cooperation.
